Mr. Lai is one of two Co-Chairmen of P.C. Woo &Co. He is the head of our Commercial/Corporate Practice. His experience includes advising and handling general commercial/corporate work, merger and acquisition for listed companies, restructuring of companies and commercial documentations and cross-border joint ventures. Mr. Lai has experience in the listing of companies on the Main Board and the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. He also advises on the formation, winding up and liquidation of companies. Moreover, he advises educational institutes and charitable organisations.
