Zoraida is recognized as a Leading Talent in Foreign-Related Legal Affairs. She is also a recipient of the Thomson Reuters ALB Young Lawyer Award for South and Central China. She focuses her practice on international trade and cross-border investment, with a particular emphasis on assisting Spanish and Latin American companies doing business in China. Leveraging her in-depth understanding of both the Chinese and Latin American economic environments, legal systems, and cultural practices, she provides comprehensive legal support for Spanish and Latin American enterprises investing in China. Her services cover investment structuring, compliance review, risk prevention, and dispute resolution. She is known for delivering highly adaptive and operationally feasible legal advice tailored to local conditions, enabling clients to seize investment opportunities while effectively managing legal risks.

At the practical level, Zoraida has advised numerous Spanish and Latin American companies on their investment projects in China across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and international trade. She has accumulated extensive hands-on experience in cross-border legal services. Actively engaged in international legal exchanges, she was invited by the Congress of the Republic of Peru to speak as a Chinese representative at a seminar hosted by the Congress. She was also the sole Chinese representative invited to speak at the international seminar titled “Mediation and Arbitration: Effective Paths for Cross-border Dispute Resolution,” co-organized by the China Spain Business  Association, the Madrid International Arbitration Center – Ibero-American Arbitration Center (CIAM-CIAR Mediación), and the Mediation and Consensual Dispute Resolution Commission.
