Hao li

Mr. Li is the senior counsel of P.C. WOO & ZHONGLUN W.D. LLP, whose main fields of legal practice include OHADA related affairs, investment and M&A in Africa, legal services in oil&gas industry, tax-related affairs, labor and HR, corporate compliance, corporate governance, etc.

Before joining Zhonglun W&D, he worked in OHADA member countries in Africa for more than 8 years, holding positions as in-house legal counsel and board secretary. He is engaged in industries including infrastructure construction, refining, oil and gas exploration and development, etc, where he accumulated a lot of practical experience in African legal affairs and established a rich resource network.
