Kevin is the deputy managing partner, the member of Executive Committee, the member of risk management board.

Kevin’s main practice areas are in Infrastructures, Private Equity Investment and Financing, PPP, IPO, Major Asset Restructuring, Cross-Border Mergers and Acquisitions, Project Financing etc. Kevin has been a practicing lawyer for 13 years in various areas including but not limited to Transport, Infrastructures, Private Equity Fund Administration, High Technology, Culture Creativity, Telecommunications, Real Estate, Electricity, Medical Services, Clean Energy, Mining Industry. Education：

Kevin received the bachelor degree in law from Zhongnan Unversity of Economics and Law in 2000, received the master degree in European Law from Université de Paris I in 2004, and received his master degree in law from Renmin University of China in 2005.

Work Experience：

Kevin joined the Zhonglun W&D Law Firm in September 2010. Previously, he served as a lawyer in King & Wood Mallesons from April 2005 to August 2007，and serviced as a lawyer in Junhe Law Firm from September 2007 to August 2010.

Kevin taught Chinese Commercial Law in English for the MIT-Tsinghua IMBA Program which hold by School of Economics and Management of Tsinghua University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also taught the lawyers’ practical operation of mergers and acquisitions for students of Beijing Normal University Law School.
