Zoraida LIANG

Zoraida is partner and director of the Latin Department at P.C. WOO & ZHONGLUN W.D. LLP. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Spain and legal adviser of the Chamber of Commerce of Mexico. 

Zoraida’s professional practice primarily focuses on international trading, maritime law, cross-boarder investment and dispute resolution.

Within the regulatory field, Zoraida frequently acts as adviser to multinational companies on corporate and commercial law matters in Mainland China and has extensive experience in corporate restructuring and M&A. In the meantime, her expertise also covers judicial and arbitration proceedings and has a large number of successful cases in practice.
