Li Zhang

Li Zhang is a senior counsel of P.C. WOO & ZHONGLUN W.D.LLP and a partner of ZHONGLUN W&D LAW FIRM Shanghai office.

His main practice areas are dispute resolution (commercial litigation and arbitration), corporate compliance and insolvency & restructuring areas. He is admitted to practice law in both mainland China and the state of New South Wales in Australia.

Li is an expert of addressing complex and challenging litigation and arbitration cases in areas of equity financing, capital market and financial trust. He has provided legal services for many high-profile clients including: Wood Group (LON:WG), Takata, Shanghai Zhongliang Real Estate Group, Travelport (NYSE: TVPT), Louvre Hotels Group, Jaguar Land Rover etc. Mr. Zhang also acted for well-known state-owned funds in several cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases. 

Before joining ZhongLun W&D, Mr. Zhang had worked for many years as a full-time lawyer in Zhonglun Law Firm, Allbright Law Offices, mainly engaging in commercial dispute resolution in finance and real estate areas. Before this, he worked as a legal counsel for Asian-Pacific region at the world’s top one international engineering firm.
