Mr. Jim XIA's main practicing areas include cross-border payment, cross-border clearing and settlement, domestic and overseas investment and financing, corporate governance, etc. Before joining P.C. WOO & ZHONGLUN W.D. LLP, he used to be acting as Legal VP of an unicorn online payment company, Chief Legal Counsel of a US based international card organization, Northeast Asia Legal Director of a well-known European investment bank, as well as Legal Consultant of a famous Australian law firm, and had outstanding expertise on group compliance planning, risk analysis and prevention, regulator coordination and crisis management in both traditional financial industry and online/cross-border payment industry.
