Melody specializes in financial securities, foreign exchange management, company equity, bankruptcy and restructuring, medical and healthcarea, urban renewal wealth management, and dispute resolution.

Melody has previously worked for the People’s Bank of China, China Banking Regulatory Commission, Economic and Trade Bureau, Health Bureau and other departments. Melody has extensive experiences in the financial field and is expert in the producets operation, compliance control, and risk management of financial institutions. Melody is also familiar with the operation system and model of the government and is skilled in dealing with public relations with government. Melody has successfully handled plenty of cases in the field of corporate mergers and acquisitions, foreign exchange management, bank asset disposal, and corporate risk management.

Melody has gained a bachelor’s degree in International Economic Law at Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2000, and a master’s degree in Economic Law at Sun Yat-sen University in 2006.
