Ms. Alice SUN is a partner lawyer at P.C Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP.
Ms. Alice SUN also serves as an external supervisor for the Master of Laws programme at Sun Yat-sen University, an external supervisor for the Master of Laws programme at Shanghai University of International Business and Economics, an arbitrator for the Wuhan Arbitration Commission, an arbitrator for the Changsha Arbitration Commission, and the General Counsel of the French Chamber of Commerce and Industry in China.
Ms. Alice SUN's main fields of legal practice include cross-border M&A, private equity investment, restructuring, insolvency, public-private-partnership, etc. She has been leading a large number of international investment legal services, especially familiar with cross-border M&A in the French-speaking regions, and participating in a number of investment cooperation projects between French and Sino-African and Chinese enterprises, establishing a rich resource network.
Since 2016, Ms. Alice SUN provided with professional legal services and training in the "Overseas Legal Project Management” of China such as projects of "Go Out Policy of Chinese enterprises", as well as "Three Networks and One Integration" Infrastructure and Resource Development Projects in Africa.
Ms. Alice SUN possesses extensive experiences in the realm of European commercial law, garnered from her many years of working in prestigious European firms, including ADAMAS and LPA-CGR.
