On November 26, 2020, the “2020 Roadshow for Sino-French Science and Technology Innovation Projects” sponsored by Hefei Association of Science and Technology, Hefei Bureau of Science and Technology and the Administration Committee of the Hefei New Station Hi-tech Zone was successfully held in the Hefei New Station, with many enterprise representatives participating in this event.

After Yong YU,  the president of Hefei Association of Science and Technology, Shuang LIU,  vice director of Hefei Bureau of Science and Technology, and Tongguo Gao, the vice director of Hefei Bureau of Science and Technology and the Administration Committee, gave brief speeches, Jean-Baptiste Theresse, the founder of Sino-French (Hefei) Science and Technology Innovation Center expressed his expectation and wishes for closer cooperation on Scientific and Technological Innovation Projects between China and France in the coming year.

As a guest speaker of the Forum, Dr. Wei LIN, director of P.C.Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP, delivered a speech on the issue of "Legal Protection on the Road of Innovation and Entrepreneurship", and put forward many practical legal suggestions in terms of corporate compliance, listing, intellectual property protection, etc. Jiongchao YAN, vice president of Maker Institute CAS, and Fanjin MENG, China Technical Manager of Mentor of Siemens EDA Division , also shared their rich experience on talent training and management.

Subsequently, Dr. Wei LIN, representing P.C.Woo & Zhonglun W.D. LLP, and Jiongchao YAN, representing Maker Institute CAS, respectively completed contract signing ceremony with Sino-France (Hefei) Science and Technology Innovation Center.The IP specialist partners Lishi Zhou and Yu Deng from Zhonglun W&D also participted the signing ceremony.

As the last part of the event, representatives of enterprises conducted roadshows on their specialized projects respectively, such as projects of AI machine, data center switching chips, and medical air purifier. Many participants expressed their hope for more similar opportunities and this activity came to a successful end with applause.
